EXTERIOR
The transformed Exterior of this Bungalow hints at the Strong Character & Resort style design. A mixture of Modern, Minimalistic and Contemporary design of this bungalow combines a modernized front flaunting linear line, this home embodies redefined resort style designed home. The use of contemporary materials such as glass, steel, concrete. These materials contribute to the minimalist aesthetic and often emphasize sustainability.
A subdued colour scheme dominated by earthy tone whites, greys, and wood creates a calming and timeless atmosphere. Large Windows & Sliding Glass Door are used to maximise natural light and provide a connection to the outdoor environment. this blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The landscaping around the bungalow is specially designed to be low maintenance, with a focus on native plants and sustainable practices. All plant is carefully chosen to create the resort styles environment. Smart home features, energy-efficient systems, and innovative technology are seamlessly integrated into the design for both convenience and sustainability.

Upon Entry, the contrasting white marble floor tiles against the deep, oak and black panels give off a mysterious vibe that immediately draws one in. The entrance is grand, upscale and most importantly, conceal the other rooms leading into the dining and main living areas, granting elusiveness and privacy.

A tasteful, neutrally coloured ‘dry kitchen’ over-looking the opulent family dining area is spruced up with a Hidden Bar Cabinet & Storage Cabinet. Hidden Bar Area showcases the owner’s fine tastes, and the island is also purposefully done in grey marble like porcelain. To maximize the kitchen layout as much as possible, the dry kitchen boasts a compact arrangement, neatly housing kitchenware, gadgets, and essentials, perfectly cubed-in against the wall of the space.
