Design Vision & Concept & Functionality

With its harmonious colour palette and charming characteristics, this home is a safe retreat away from the hustle and bustle of life. Intimate, peaceful and luxuriously homely - the spaces here at Waterside Residence reflect a distinct serenity and personalised charm, through its refined interiors boasting selected pieces of furniture.

Dining: Warm and woody colours complement a matte black kitchen cabinet set-up in this classy home with an open-concept layout. Besides the centrepiece furniture, an opulent marble-top dining table for six, replete with low-hung matte black lamps, the everyday kitchen essentials are neatly tucked into designated spaces close to the wall. The sleek set-up houses a black fridge, a microwave, the oven-grill, a coffee machine - all with ample storage at the top shelves and bottom drawers for everyday living ease.

Dry to Wet Kitchen: To the side is the main kitchen for all-day culinary duties, in matching black and wood themes. The granite sink, washing machine, and window blinds match up in black, giving the space a clean and spacious look-feel. Appliances are neatly tucked away, making this small space extra functional.

Living Room: Towards the living room, visually, the space is enhanced to look larger and broader with the use of discrete wall panel & hidden door, floor-to-ceiling windows for optimum natural light, and a calming shade of grey for the walls.

Smaller, rounded furnishings in the form of a unique coffee table piece and smaller side table pieces provide the owners with more moveable tabletop space. Keeping the room design chic and straightforward, two mod art pieces flank the L-shaped grey settee, keeping the living area’s colour palette cool and calming. Plush cushions and throws in matching shades add subtle softness to this posh and mod family home that makes anyone feel at ease.

Kid's Bedroom: Three kid’s beds are placed in the centre of this minimalist children’s bedroom, with storage spaces tucked underneath the raised platform. As the children grow up, this modern, unique arrangement makes it easy to customise the bed space layout as needed, according to changing preferences.

Master Bedroom: In the bespoke master bedroom, through clever arrangement of Furnitures, the sleeping area is kept away from storage items, storage features and other furnishings. Muted tones of greys, both dark and light complement the simple and inviting design, giving the space an upscale touch. Keeping the space minimal and comfy, elements such as the leather headrest, curated lightings and blinds all add a hotel-esque flair to this stunning room.

Master Walk-in-Wardrobe: To the side, a discrete corridor leads to the walk-in-wardrobe. A unique addition to the space is two personal spaces, for he and she; one for reading and study, and another at the end which doubles as a powder area. Soft lighting around the mirrors and atop the wardrobe’s inner adds elegance and functionality.
