The Maya Bay Type D show unit is curated with young working women in mind as these dual-key units provide flexibility and privacy while allowing its occupants to remain close. Centered around a Tropical Zen theme, these units feature wooden elements, and hues of green, alongside cozy lighting and décor.

The larger unit houses one bedroom while the second unit is a studio with both homes sharing a similar style and feel. The Estylo team achieved this cohesiveness by incorporating timber into both units' primary material. By doing so, the wood almost instantly adds warmth and comfort to the space. To add to the calming ambience of the home, plants and green accent hues were included.

In both units, the kitchen is the heart of the home that welcomes homeowners at the entrance. The bigger unit hosts a single-wall kitchen that stretches almost the entire length of the home with its timber cabinets and grey mosaic backsplash providing the perfect contrast between the two levels of shelving. The smaller unit reflects a similar style, however, instead of a mosaic backsplash, this unit features a solid black back that is a striking contrast to the timber. The dining spaces in both homes are also very versatile, allowing connectivity and providing ample workspace.

Moving into the bedrooms, the larger master bedroom has a more private location that features a custom bedhead, and wardrobe with exposed shelving that connects to the bedside table. Every corner of the room is utilized to provide enough storage and to add character. In the studio unit, the bed sits in the corner of the unit, providing a bit of privacy and also ensuring there is enough maneuvering space within the home. The wardrobe within this unit also shares a similar exposed shelving style inspired by retail units. The open wardrobe features panel lights, drawers, and even cushioned surfaces.

Although the dual-key home is small in size, it makes up for it with style. Estylo ensures all the occupant's necessities are met and catered to, providing the homeowner with a Zen space to unwind.
