Thus, the Lucent Residence – located in Kota Kemuning, has adapted a significant essence of accomplishment theme towards the slogan ‘Premio’. The overall concept contrives on modern classic where it engages in textures and patterns within a dark canvas and monochromatic palette of interior.

The core focus in this interior is no doubt the prominent use of black material element. As black already comes out as vivid, the strong woodgrain texture made it even more dramatic yet noticeable in a grandiose way. In addition to its dashing features, dark opulent marble textures are used in different orientation throughout as a hallmark to its respective spaces. Beadings are also widely applied, especially on cabinets to embark a personality to it. Other than textures, the usage of lighting and color scheme on furniture’s plays an important role as well.
