Interior Design Project Info

Project Cove Palma (PH1A-Type D) Show Unit, Bandar Gamuda Cove

Gamuda Cove’s Palma Sand Delta show unit is one that redefines style and everyday living. The sprawling unit features a modern theme that is bright and vibrant, catering to working parents with young children. Commanding attention, the living room’s bespoke feature wall comprises a warm-hued marble slab, walnut racks with lattice, and a striking faux fireplace. Additionally, the Estylo team added bronze glass and thoughtfully picked out furniture pieces that will complement the theme and add to the comfort of the home.

As you navigate through the home, you will see gold elements speckled throughout the space, adding a sense of continuity to the theme. This is also true for the use of walnut wood which is prevalent in the warm and inviting kitchen. The lattice additions to the kitchen cabinets alongside the marble countertop and backsplash add grandeur to the home.

This home also houses an art room as it is based on the ideation that the young wife and mother in this home is an art teacher. The dedicated space is designed to encourage creativity while providing enough room for showcasing artwork. The mosaic-inspired feature wall truly adds character to the room. A gym was also incorporated into the unit, featuring black metal racks that act as storage and subtle grey tones contrasted with the addition of green plants. This is a convenient addition that encourages more time spent at home.

Moving on to the bedrooms, the master bedroom is unlike any other as it boasts a blue velvet feature wall that is both eccentric and luxe. Accompanying the velvet is warm wood elements, reflective materials, and boutique hotel-inspired furnishings that prioritize comfort. The TV wall that also connects to the dressing table acts as a divider for the walk-in wardrobe that uses transparent glass cabinets to add to the grand appeal of the home.

The children’s bedrooms, however, take on a more youthful theme starting with the girl’s bedroom flaunting a combination of salmon pink and soft pastel green. The lively and fun accent colors are carried throughout the room and compliments the closed and exposed combo wardrobe. Race cars are the theme for the boy’s bedroom, and although it has a darker color scheme, adding custom metal framing and lattice on the bedframe wall adds character to the space. The bedroom has a classy and timeless appeal that can adapt to a child of any age.
