Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City, and intend to be built in Golden Eagle Realty (GER) building, the Multibay Sales Gallery & Show Units invite visitors to indulge in the refined extravagance atmosphere throughout their journeys in the well-planned spatial experience. Inspired by the symbolic arch element, the sales gallery adapts the contemporized neoclassical sensibility with an ornamented sense of lavish. In the reception hallway, arch elements upright along the hallway repeatedly, delivering a grandeur introduction to the main hall. Challenge of ceiling height in the main hall is well-treated with vertical lines on the wall that cascade from the ceiling to heighten the space volume. The exclusive room and meeting room are divided from the main hall with semi. Opaque glass hence, forming permeable visibility and access in the space. Employing the idea of contemporized neoclassical idea, a large application of customized carpets with soothing patterns to contrast with the wall features as well as the eclectic furniture where it immediately boost the visitors’ mind of purchasing appetite.

Show Units Type A & B is designed in two different approaches, ‘refined opulence’ and ‘palette of luxury’ respectively, to target family-oriented and young buyers who seek an exclusive lifestyle. Show Unit Type A emanates a feminine aura while teeming with a sense of serenity. Thus, every edge of the unit is being appreciated. Curvature appearance and selection of ‘tone on tone’ materials juxtaposed perfectly imitating an iridescent pearl found on the seashore, attracting every gaze of the visitors. Show Unit Type B radiates a rather effervescence flavor throughout the unit. Amalgamate various shades, textures and tints to create visual bombardment to the visitors, offering an ideology of living in an extravagance environment.
