Designed to reflect sleek contemporary elegance, this Gamuda Cove show unit exudes a warm and welcoming ambience that can be felt throughout the home. Stepping foot into this -- sq. ft. space, you will be enveloped with hues of grey, white, black, and even caramel brown that all come together to give this home an air of sophistication. Suitable for young families looking for a place to unwind, this unit has gained popularity amongst many homeowners.

Entering the home, your attention will be directed towards the living room that flaunts gorgeous marble detailing paired with a textured lattice that takes center stage as the feature wall. The use of marble, metallic décor, leather furniture and comfy additions all tie the living room together as it takes on its contemporary style. The open layout of the ground floor makes maneuvering and accessing different parts of the home more accessible. As you step into the dining room, the gold light fixtures become a statement piece as they reflect off the marble dining table, providing almost a glow to the whole space.

The kitchen, often referred to as the heart of the home, flaunts a stunning combination of grey hues, geometric tiled backsplash and semi-exposed storage. Even though the team had to work in a narrow space, they overcame the challenge by designing a galley kitchen that gives off café vibes while the exposed shelving acts as a pantry. The first floor also houses a bedroom that combines contemporary and oriental styles. Vintage décor pieces alongside Asian-influenced elements make a home in this bedroom feel cozy and comforting.

On the second floor, the interior designers curated a family room that doubles as a study room. As the space is narrow, a custom metal framework was incorporated to act as storage and to house tables that can be flipped open and close. The room also has a Scrabble wall display that adds a personal touch to the space.

The master bedroom oozes elegance with its color scheme, gold detailing and hotel-inspired bedding that compliments the walk-in wardrobe featuring marble and velvet features, all coming together to give off a luxe vibe. The TV wall acts as a divider between the room and the wardrobe, providing privacy by subtly using every corner of the home.

The remaining two bedrooms are full of personality, with the girl’s bedroom flaunting pastel pink and green hues with curved edges and simple feminine décor. The boy’s bedroom is centered around basketball as it incorporates an abstract feature wall mimics a basketball. The room also features basketball hoops and colors associated with the hobby, further giving the room personality.
