As Gamuda Cove’s hero project, the show unit for Luxura a three-story house is one that exudes an air of sophistication and class. Specially designed with three generations of family in mind, the unit takes on a modern theme that seems to have a timeless appeal.

The living room sets the perfect first impression as you are welcomed by understated elegance in the form of a bespoke feature wall that flaunts black marble with streaks of gold and a custom gold rack. The feature wall is complimented by timeless furniture pieces that emphasizes comfort. You will truly be able to admire the architecture in the dining room where double volume windows embrace natural sunlight and the eye-catching lighting feature that truly upgrades the room.

With dark hues playing a prominent role in this home, it only seemed right to continue the theme in the kitchen. The combination of black marble, white countertops with grey and black cabinets provide a contrasting and unique take to kitchens that are traditionally white and bright. The dry kitchen also features reflective gold accents that are a continuation of the gold rack featured in the living room.

Asian homes are often multi-generational which is why Estylo made sure to make the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor accessible. Unlike the darker theme used in other areas of the home, the room dedicated to the elderly features a brighter and lighter feel that is vibrant. The bathroom features a ramp, an accessible toilet and is handicap friendly as well.

The bedrooms on the first floor all reflect the personalities of its occupants with the master bedroom carrying through the theme of the home. Dark and dreamy is what this bedroom is as it flaunts gold details, custom feature walls, marble elements, and warm lighting. As for the boy’s bedroom, it features a caramel brown accent color that is warm and inviting which is further accentuated by the warm light fixtures. Subtle yet noticeable the green accent hue adds vibrancy and character to the room. Similarly to all the bedrooms, gold fixtures and warm lighting help tie this room together.

In a home that centers around family, it was important to dedicate a room for family time. The family area is a narrow space within the home but with proper space planning, the Estylo team curated a lounge area that incorporated both the recurring colors of grey tones with caramel accents that compliment the steel black TV frame. In addition to the family room, a corner of the home was designed as a hobby corner that houses striking Mini Cooper collectibles and a pool table.
