Interior Design Project Info
For this exquisite unit, with the sufficient natural sunlight flow seamlessly into the house that add more brightness in the house. White, Grey and Black are the main colors tone that we set for this house. Cornice ceiling, wainscoating on wall, Victorian floor tile to defined the classic design. Having the arch shape in some cabinet no matter for kitchen nor bedrooms is the essential element when comes to design this house. By incorporate houndstooth pattern on the loose furniture that bring out the noble atmosphere and modern classic principal at specific areas.
In order not damage the existing floor tiles, we used a trackless sliding door with reeded glass to differentiate the common area and dining area. With this space planning, common area can flexible converted to become a prayer area or study area with its privacy. When the lights turn on at this area by closing up the sliding door, enjoy a cup of coffee while reading books are way too comfy.
The combination of Marble dining table with beveled edge mirror panel and glass strip chandelier at the dining area that this design reflects the generosity of the character of the owner.
To separate dry kitchen and dining area by having a tall cabinet. At the same time, the back side was designed in beveled edge mirror that makes the space double up the brightness through the reflection and remain the aesthetic of classic design. We specially designed a counter Island instead of bar island for the owner just to make sure the they can enjoy their baking at their ease.
By remove the existing 4’ x 4’ kitchen window and placed a 2’ height sliding window, it helps to create more space for cabinet and storage.
