Concept of The Clover Residence
The design concept circulates around Modernized Soft-Minimalism, and direct interpret the couple’s character to the house with the interior design solutions, in simplicity comfort. Clients embrace designer’s decision with great satisfaction – minimalism combines good design, comfortability, discipline, spatial quality, clearly-defined functions, and reflection of sophisticated character. Designer believes that a calm space flows positive energy into the users, enhances their full daily recharging in life.

The brightest & neutral colours are one of the key determinants of minimalist strategy in this case. Thus, designer boldly applies milky white and shades it combining light ash, grey, and beige to form the theme. Black-&- dark accent is used as refinement to address selected functions of the rooms. And strong/saturated colours are smartly avoided.

To ensure minimalist interiors are always decently presenting itself, large-glazed windows for max brightness are widely applied.
When night falls, the areas with important activities will be gently illuminated with designer lighting. Thus, designer ensure light selection that produces the most natural light effect: not too warm, and not unpleasantly cold.

Furniture such as sofas, armchairs, consoles, chests of drawers, desks, and wardrobes with impressive simple shapes are chosen. With these components, designer takes care the rest through the control of clean lines, composition, harmony & coherence of the room arrangement.
