With the premium and professional image needed, client is in need to build a company environment that is able to provide confidence, professionalism and comfort while presenting the project ideas to the investors.

This is also the place for the client to conduct trainings to their project presenters and fund agents.

CONCEPT OF ANTZ TECHNOLOGY VENTURE SOUTHERN MALAYSIA HEADQUARTER

Responding to the limited area, and with the thorough understanding of the company operational concept, which is event-based, the designer injected idea of ‘receptionless’ lobby and turned the core corridor that serve as the main spine linking all spaces, into a self-explanatory/ presentable hallway. The wide corridor is applied with a premium wood ceiling that will lead the visitors’ vision towards an elegant R&R island counter that is positioned at the deeper end of the office space. The projectors at the ceiling will project the dynamic videos or graphical image effects over the island counter and onto the wall during their opened-day, delivering not just the info messages, but also the fascinating ‘technological + professional’ image via the futuristic programme in their computer system.

To create the minimalist and premium environment, the design combines simple lines from the wood fluted panels, ceiling, light and comfortable gray + white colours, full height glass, and the elegantly design lighting. This has given client a humbly-luxurious environment with the maximal focus to the quality of the funded projects and the high credibility of the company reputation.
