Our aim for K7 is to be the new centre of social, cultural and daily life for the residents of Melaka. Buildings are configured to reflect the familiarity and charm of old Melaka through locally inspired architectural characteristics such as the intimate five-foot walkways, courtyards and village-like terraces.

K7 aspires to make positive changes in the local community by introducing a range of unique events and activities that are responsive to the needs and desires of the diverse communities in Melaka.
