Interior Design Project Info

This Studio unit located at TTDI Ascencia. with no room provided, so our tasks is to provide room together with 80% of new looks. Since the house provided with limited space with 750 sft only , therefore our design team need to have meticulously planning in focus on the aspects of luxury concept, multi-function, colors selection and space calculation. The design concept for this house is Modern luxury concept with application of white elements to show cut clean character of the interior. The overhaul comprise of :
1) To provide room with multi-functional of wall partition that can be serve as feature wall
2) Same wall attached with entrance door to the room in which the door we designed as camouflager door. Doing so the visitor didn't notice there is a room behind the feature wall.
3) To 100% remodeling toilet including tiling, toilets fittings and many more.
4) To change tiles to solid timber flooring
5) To provide cabinetry works including TV cabinet that served as feature wall as well, Island and wall cabinet
6) To up lift balcony provided with small cozy home garden with little touch of greeny elements
7) To change counter top kitchen cabinet and to enhance some lousy materials provided by developer.
