Interior Design Project Info

Modern Contemporary is the final design selection by the home owner.
Since the unit have limited space to play around, Our Challenge comes in a way that we need to ensure the design must not lead to the stiffness of the area.
Since the budget guideline must be around RM 60,000.00, therefore we focus more on the Kitchen & Living area.
For this unit with small space we have combined the design for build in cabinet with multi-purpose elements.
Like the Kitchen cabinet we do provide island c/w dining table. So no more dining table needed since the space not allow them to have it.
Meanwhile for the TV cabinet, we had design the TV cabinet full height that c/w 3 purpose which is serve as a very nice feature wall, serve as a place to store materials and serve as TV cabinet. The door for the cabinet we do the concept like camouflage door in which nobody notice it is actually a door. From one glance the guest will see it as TV cabinet with nice feature wall.
Meanwhile for the wall finishes, we use stripes wallpaper with pastel color just to highlight the vibes of the area and meanwhile for the rest of the area we remain white color in order to make the small area looks spacious.
We also do some minor works to upgarde the bathroom area and add on some walk in wardrobe
