This house has been built during an era 1960s. Since this old house never been renovated by the old home owner, therefore a lot of things need to get major overhaul in terms of exterior structure, Interior and major parts is Electrical & Plumbing that need major changes since the old piping has rusty & lots of wiring need to rearrange with new requirement.
The requirement from the owner, we need to redesign the house and enlarge the house follow their requirements.
Truth to be told that old house that been built on those era really need major works to complete with new looks.
We hack most of the original structure and remains whatever necessary structure and we need to extend most of the areas in order to get enough rooms and very spacious Living Hall, Kitchen, Garden n etc.
The design concept for this house is more to Modern French with combination of industrial design.
Open space that link Formal Living Area to leisure living area to Dining and Dry Kitchen is the important elements needed by home owner.
The structure support from old house is not good enough, therefore in order to join the old structure to new structure a lots of steel works required carefully in order to ensure the join between old structure to new structure in a very excellent conditions with good supports.
