This is an ambitiously transformed renovation of a drabby 40-year-old 3-bedroom to a 7-bedroom contemporary home with a stylish loft attic, located in PJ. The client’s key concern was Efficient functional space for their four growing children, elderly parents and frequent weekend gatherings with friends and family.
The house was built in a clean-lined minimalist look where the indoors and outdoors merge seamlessly for maximised garden views and sunlight to the rooms. The top floor loft was created with french windows and industrial look black spiral stairs to give it a fun concept. Large windows to maximize sunlight and ventilation, earthtone materials, functional circulation, thoughtful storage cabinets and built in furnitures are key priority to deliver this house successfully to fit the challenging daily lifestyles of this modern professional family.
