The lighthouse guides travellers, while the lively elf brings hope. In keeping with this narrative of life, hope, and guidance, ALVA offers guests a sanctuary from urban life in the heart of the city, with the aim to uplift all who enter.

Clean lines and organic forms, simplicity and luxury, and exclusivity and comfort coexist harmoniously at ALVA. The result is a space radiating refined elegance and exclusivity, deeply connected to nature while maintaining exceptional functionality. Organic minimalism adds tranquillity, creating an inviting atmosphere where elegance and comfort seamlessly merge, bridging nature's beauty with functional design.

Dining in the Clouds: ALVA’s 99th Floor Lighthouse Experience

Located on the 57th floor, ALVA playfully brands its rooftop haven as the "99th floor," playfully setting the tone for the luxurious dining experience to follow on this rooftop haven that places guests at the pinnacle of luxury. This clever twist encapsulates the essence of ALVA, where breathtaking views from an elevated rooftop dining experience leave guests feeling on top of the world.

Irregular and Organic Shapes: Petal-Inspired Elegance

ALVA's design celebrates Nature's grace, drawing inspiration from the delicate forms of flower petals. The space showcases a harmonious blend of organic shapes such as rounded corners, curved seating, circular dining tables, and elegantly curved bar stools.

This motif extends to the reception area, the fibreglass feature wall, the bar counter, and even the plaster ceiling adorned with recessed lighting. The natural inspiration behind this organic aesthetic brings graceful elegance and artistic sophistication to the space, resulting in a soothing and relaxing ambience for guests.

All the Colours of the Sun and Sky: A Nature-Inspired Palette

ALVA’s colour scheme reflects the myriad hues of light from dawn to dusk, paying homage to the ever-changing colours that grace the sky. This nature-inspired palette distinguishes the indoor, semi-outdoor, and bar areas, providing each space with its own unique ambience.

Indoors, blush pink and anchor grey mirror the captivating beauty of dusk as the sky transitions into nightfall.
