The occasion gathered over 45 interior designers from 20 firms, all eager to explore Zolano’s exquisite new collection and discover collaborative possibilities within the vibrant design community.

The evening began with a welcome speech from Apple Goh, Atap.co’s Senior Business Development Manager. In her speech, she mentioned, “Tonight isn’t just about furniture; it’s about celebrating creativity and the amazing work you all do in shaping spaces.” An opening address from Mr. Ben Chew, the Zolano Flagship Managing Director, followed her speech. In his speech, Mr. Chew welcomed the guests and thanked them for their support of Zolano. 

After the speeches, guests were invited to explore the Zolano furniture and were also given a guided tour of their showroom, which was transformed into a magical oasis for the evening. The showroom was divided into different zones, each showcasing a different aspect of Zolano’s collection. From the elegant living room to the luxurious bedroom, there was something for everyone to admire. In addition to the furniture, guests also enjoyed live music, delicious food, and wine.

The evening also featured a roundtable talk titled “Preserving Local Craftsmanship,” moderated by Summer Tan from Atap.co. The panellists included Alwin Chan, Zolano Flagship Store Marketing Director, Asley Liew from A Plus Interior, and Ansel Low from Doubble Interior. 

The discussion covered a wide range of topics, including the importance of local craftsmanship, the challenges of sourcing furniture locally, and the ways in which designers and manufacturers can work together to create more sustainable and ethical supply chains.
