Atap.co Fosters Valuable Connections Over a Game of Pickleball with Atap Elite Club

On the evening of 30th May 2024, Atap.co hosted an exciting game of Pickleball with some of our esteemed Atap Elite Club members (AEC). Held at Pickle Social Club at The Courts, KLGCC Resort, the event brought together ten reputable interior designers for a night of fun and networking through the fast-growing sport. 

The event started with a quick introduction led by representatives of Pickle Social Club, where AEC and Atap.co members were guided on the basics of the game, rules and equipment. Divided into teams, they then set out across the courts to experience the sport themselves, contributing to the lively and invigorating atmosphere. 

For the next couple of hours, the courts buzzed with energy as the designers embraced the competitive spirit and camaraderie of pickleball. From participating in mini-games to challenging teams and keeping scores, the evening saw laughs, cheers and motivation between the professionals, further igniting new connections and stronger bonds within the industry. 

As the matches concluded with newfound friendships, everyone was rewarded with an indulgent treat – the viral Moutai alcoholic ice cream by The Chamber x Caketella. As AEC members cooled down, it was the perfect opportunity for them to share their experiences with one another. 

Following the ice cream break, AEC members were treated to a delicious dinner at NOA. This provided additional opportunities for conversation and networking, solidifying the connections made during the pickleball game. 

Overall, the event proved to be a huge success as it provided a unique and exciting platform for designers to foster deeper connections and build a stronger community within the industry.
