Step inside a space thoughtfully tailored to welcome and greet visitors with a soothing harmony of mid-century warmth and understated luxury. Designed as a property sales gallery and administrative hub for The Hill@Damai, this transformative project breathes new life into a traditional residential house originally built on stilts. Through a vision of adaptive reuse, the structure honours its architectural heritage while evolving into a dual-level commercial landmark. The exterior maintains a clean, modern aesthetic that subtly respects the elevated footprint of the original dwelling, creating a seamless narrative between its past identity and contemporary purpose.
The upper level, dedicated entirely to the sales gallery, welcomes guests into a refined and immersive environment where natural light, tactile materials, and carefully curated details create a sense of warmth and sophistication. Sunlight pours through the glass windows, illuminating rich timber panelling, lush indoor greenery, and smooth marble tabletops. Tactile details such as geometric breeze-block screens, fluted wood walls, and patterned carpets bring artistic depth to the space, while state-of-the-art interactive display rooms and ultra-wide curved screens allow guests to explore the properties with ease. It is a warm and hospitable sanctuary crafted to make every step of the real estate journey feel comfortable and inspiring.
Directly below, the enclosed ground-level space beneath the original stilt structure has been converted into a bright, functional office hub for the development and administrative teams. The office interior thoughtfully mirrors the upper gallery’s design language, balancing work efficiency with a cozy aesthetic consistency. Linear perimeter LED cove lighting brightens the low-ceilinged structural frame, while a central terrazzo counter featuring a fluted base, integrated indoor planters, and tan leather barstools serves as an inviting pantry island for staff collaboration and casual breaks.
