This magnificent 20,000 square feet bungalow harmoniously blends the serenity of the sea with a modern contemporary architectural design, characterized by clean vertical lines, extensive windows, and a variety of carefully thought-out design elements that blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The structure exudes an elegant and minimalist aesthetic that complements the sea and landscape.

The core design principles of this contemporary masterpiece form the foundation upon which its uniqueness and appeal rest. The structure radiates an understated elegance, harmoniously blending into the coastal landscape while maintaining a sense of refined modernity.

One of the defining characteristics of this architectural gem is the emphasis on clean vertical lines.
