Interior Design Project Info
American style in interiors is often about individualism, exploring colorful classic in modern interpretation, and reinventing a 'cool' style all on own. Design direction for this home is avant-garde, as the family prefer to have spaces each with its own spirits and character.
Faux wood beamed ceiling with walnut and desaturated wood carpentry and cement textured panels, together with accents of mustard and royal blue in furniture tied it all together to form the living room of the house. Eye-catching dramatic chevron pallets of different shades with a hidden door to a guest room connects the wall with ceiling at dining area. Vivid royal blue kitchen cabinets with brass handles, natural marble finishes and clear mirror back-splash create a stimulating interaction at the active zone.
Common area at the first floor serves as family room, pantry, study and recreation zone, that includes a skylight roof and plenty of glass windows illuminating the space for an airy and inviting atmosphere. A large square wooden table with underneath storage plays an important role in gathering the people. Pantry is set up with rubber wood counter top on black cabinet body, wood shelves hung with steel bars, square white tiles back splash and lit up with vintage folded paper art inspired pendant lamps.
Each bedroom though in various themes individually, is configured with a refined sense of polish goes through the interior styles as a whole.
