Interior Design Project Info

Secreted away high in the prestigious Menara KEN TTDI, Redamancy demanded an interior design that fully capitalised on and epitomised the exclusivity of its location. Furthermore, it had to give the 5,330 sq ft premises a truly unique and distinguished personality to match its chic nature. To accomplish both of these goals, a minimalist industrial concept was developed and applied in majestic fashion.

The entrance of Redamancy makes a statement of its own even as it sets the tone for what awaits beyond it with a monochrome base that is enriched with the vibrancy of nature. Grey floor carpeting and concrete walls are contrasted with a jet black ceiling dotted with embedded lights that bring to mind the midnight sky.

A similar combination was applied to the reception desk and the walls although the latter have two distinct interpretations of the chosen theme. While one wall is generously bedecked with plants and flowers, the other boasts traditional glass doors flanking a false wooden door emblazoned with the establishment's logo. A basket chair hangs right in front of the door for added but subdued drama and the logo decorates the space above it.

Inside, the stage commands attention with its quietly dramatic yet still practical white shell-like design that is mirrored in the bar. A combination of four different types of lighting provides illumination from above and behind the stage to ensure no part of the performance is missed. Facing the stage directly are plush grey U-shaped seats ideal for those who want to enjoy the show to its fullest although the white peacock sculptures behind them are equally worthy of admiration.
