The Client desired for a hotel-like interior design for the entire of his corner terrace house. With some flexibility in his budget, we are able to propose a unique design which offers the family both the hotel-like ambiance and the latest-trending modern interior. Smart home system are also proposed to offer the family convenience on managing the house on safety as well as to better enjoy the functionality of the house in its multiple views as well as the beauty of the interior.
Whilst the main areas offers the hotel-like atmosphere, the other rooms such as the kids rooms are more playful and multi-functional. All rooms are not only design in high aesthetics, but also in practicality to accommodate all the daily workings of the whole family. Wardrobe and cabinet spaces are designed to adequately keep clothing, books, toys, shoes and appliance. Generous open spaces are designed to be flexible, airy and relaxing. Kitchens and laundry rooms are complete with large sinks, various electrical appliances, various kitchen accessories, hidden ironing board and neat electrical socket tracks.
