The client wanted to renovate the rear thirds of the house from G floor up until the 2nd floor. The wet kitchen is to incorporate a private dining for the family, as well as redesigned to ensure working in the kitchen is practical and efficient. On the first floor, the family area is to be turned into an open office. A new kid's bedroom is added adjacent to the existing kid's bedroom with a shared bathroom and TV area in the middle. In the future when the kids have grown up, these two rooms can be easily divided and have its own access from the family hall. The best parts of the house is the new enlarged walk-in wardrobe as well as the audio room/family cinema on the top floor. Bedrooms are generally designed to be modern but rather simple, whereas the audio room was designed to be more luxurious and ambitious.
