We are seeking an experienced and innovative interior design consultancy to help us achieve these objectives.
Project Objectives:
Cultural Identity: The primary goal of this project is to infuse the consulate's interiors with elements of Indonesian culture, art, and heritage. The design should celebrate the diversity and history of Indonesia, creating a space that resonates with visitors.
Functionality: The interior design should optimize the functionality of the consulate's various departments and offices, ensuring efficient workflows and convenient access for both staff and visitors.

Scope of Work:
The selected interior design consultancy will be responsible for the following:
Concept Development: Develop a comprehensive design concept that integrates Indonesian cultural elements and diplomatic functionality.
Space Planning: Create layouts that optimize the use of space for various consulate functions, including offices, waiting areas, meeting rooms, and cultural displays.
Material Selection: Specify appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and are within budgetary constraints.
Lighting and Acoustics: Design effective lighting and acoustics to enhance the overall ambiance and functionality of the consulate.
Artwork and Decor: Curate or recommend artwork and decor that reflect Indonesian culture and the consulate's mission.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of the design, working in collaboration with contractors and suppliers.
