This project focuses on creating a two-storey landed property that embodies a Modern Zen aesthetic, harmonizing wood grains and beige tones with the elegance of gold elements and the sophistication of marble. The design aims to foster modern glam and elegance while providing a welcoming and serene living environment.

Step into the living area, you will be mesmerized by the full-height wall panel crafted with Venice white marble combined with wood grain fluted paneling, enhanced with some gold lining elements. Opposite it is the TV feature wall covered with texture paint that subtly gives out an earthy natural feel contrast with a smooth curved panel with LED strip that gives out a warm glow. Separating the open living area and dining kitchen area is a grand arch thoughtfully crafted to achieve a soft transition between the two spaces. The marble dining table attached to the kitchen bar is the centerpiece of the design, featuring a spacious countertop for meal preparation and casual dining.

The staircase features glass railings that allow light to permeate the space, creating a sense of lightness and continuity. White oak handrail runs seamlessly along the staircase, providing both comfort and safety, enhancing a minimal visual appeal. Entering the master bedroom is a spacious study table, designed for the clients' requirement to work from home. Our efficient utilization of space has transformed the master bedroom into a luxurious and functional retreat, seamlessly incorporating a walk-in wardrobe. The bedhead is designed with gold elements combined with wood and beige tone giving the modern zen concept a luxury touch. Curved element is added to soften the edge, making the interior look more spacious.

Focusing on elegant design, efficient space utilization, and personalized storage, this modern zen house serve as both a restful sanctuary and a practical living space, enhancing the overall quality of life for the client.
