The house is structured in a way that the split-levels with it’s various levels & steps become a dividing space & it’s activities. The living area’s vibrant artwork painting with it’s lighted timber & mirrored arch, set as a centrepiece of inspiration & a backdrop for the sofa.
• The contemporary living area features an impressive backdrop of a double-volume lofted TV-feature in alternating panels of timber & mirrors, extends to the ceiling as it over-hangs the living sitting area.
A large custom-made fabric pendant in a shape of an un-furling twirl as it's highlight.
The formal dining sits on an elevated level which over looks the living & foyer from above is furnished with a dark granite top round table on a stainless/steel pedestal as a “dough-nut” shaped fabric pendant hangs in the middle.
Dining space also opens out to the outdoor timber-decked patio complete with water-feature, koi -pond & lush greenery, perfect for family BBQ dinners or even a romantic evening with a glass of wine.
The open-plan kitchen lined by black glass cabinets on both-sides has an island counter clad in exquisite “blue-in-the-night” granite, which it's blue crystal quartz become evident when seen up-close.
Bedrooms are kept to minimal a fuss as possible, as it’s meant to be a cozy and calm refuge after a long day.
The master bedroom suite’s bed head design is an extension of the arch form seen at the living area, thus keeping in-line with the concept & continuity.
The master bath with double under-counter vanity basins has water spouts coming-out from the elongated mirror, giving an infinity appeal.
