The House Layout Plan is an open plan with a centre open courtyard koi pond and water-feature area, couple with a large specially designed swimming pool with cascading fountains and beautiful tropical landscape garden with iconic frangipani trees. An ideal set-up that allows fresh cool-air to circulate the entire house, with plentiful of natural light to flood the interior space and calming sounds of water, truly personifies the essence of a luxurious resort living.
The water-feature cum koi pond is houses the owners prized koi fishes and complete with water cascdes, lush water plants and a waterlily pond, creates an inviting ambience for a morning coffee or an evening chill-out. Floating slabs laid across the pond, connects the opposite sides together, doubling the connectivity.
The Living space is spacious and inviting for large gathering and is furnished with custom-made tropical furniture and artpieces. Large pendants over-hang the mother-of-pearl inlayed coffee table forms a centre piece of attraction.
The other central component of the house is the Formal Dining which is place the centre, between the dry kitchen and living hall is in full view of the balinese style swimming pool.

Across the swimming pool, lanterns dimly lit and it’s cozy ambience is ideal for chill-out, un-wind & most ideal for the owners yoga session in the garden. Also a fully imported Balinese gazebo, placed at the corner of the property embraces a one with nature ambience.
The master bedroom forms more than half of the entire first floor space and is linked by several rooms including an large ensuite, walk-in-wardrobe, a tatami area, study room and a special mak-up room, to cater to the owners appeal for fine luxury resort home.
