Tucked away in the quiant area of Plaza Damansara, Pivot refurbished an existing restaurant, Gin Rik Sha, offering a menu of eclectic, contemporary cuisine with an Indian twist.
In essence, the client’s brief called for a chic restaurant and al-fresco area with lush greens. Exploring the fusion of materials from east and the west like local handmade rattan weaving, American white oak, stone slate tiles and brass to create the mood for the space.
The feature wall is clad in pastel green textured panel in contrast to rows of custom brass pendant lamps for an intimate dining area. The entrance floor clad in custom brass peacock logo flushed within the granite flooring. The al-fresco area is filled with tropical plants and custom oak and rattan furnitures to add warmth to the space.
