S'mores restaurant serves contemporary fusion cuisine in the suite of connecting rooms varying in scale. There is an island counter connected with a semi-open kitchen located in the middle of the space which separates the dining area and bar, a private room with a wine cellar and a pet friendly al-fresco area.
As the common denominator the rich palette of nature-inspired shades of olive green, maroon and ink blue has been chosen. The colours, omnipresent on the grid ceiling, define and distinguish the various restaurant dining rooms. On top of the grid ceiling, LED strips illuminates, creating hyper-difuse light below and eliminating shadows.
It also provides excellent acoustics as well as dramatic backdrop to the restaurant custom made furniture, fit-out and surface finishes made of refined geometric terazzo, oak wood, printed glazed tiles and rough, unpolished concrete.
