Interior Design Project Info
In a city like Kuala Lumpur, where interior trends evolve quickly, true luxury lies in restraint.
This condominium interior design project was created with one clear intention: to design a home that ages beautifully. Rooted in a timeless palette of white, grey, black, and walnut wood, the space embraces balance over excess and longevity over trends.
When the fundamentals are done right, trends become unnecessary.
White surfaces enhance openness. Grey tones soften transitions. Black defines architectural structure. Walnut wood introduces warmth and texture. Together, they form a modern yet enduring composition — calm, grounded, and quietly confident.
As a KL-based interior design studio, we believe a home should support daily living effortlessly. Every design decision here was guided by one principle:
Design should make life feel easier.

[Dry Kitchen Innovation: The “Bubble Shelves”]
In many Kuala Lumpur condominiums, the dry kitchen island functions as more than a preparation area. It becomes a breakfast counter, workspace, and social hub.
For this home, the island required integrated power sockets — without hacking the existing floor slab. Instead of conventional structural alteration, we introduced a refined architectural solution we call the Bubble Shelves.
A hollow metal pole extends from ceiling to island top, discreetly housing electrical wiring within. Circular trays attached to the structure add sculptural lightness while enhancing functionality.
What appears to be a simple design feature is in fact a concealed technical solution — maintaining structural integrity while ensuring full practicality.
This reflects our design philosophy: solve practically, express elegantly.

[Living & Dining: Storage Without Visual Weight]
Storage is one of the most common requirements in condominium interior design. Here, storage is maximised yet visually restrained.
Cabinetry aligns seamlessly with architectural lines. Finishes remain cohesive. Tall units utilise vertical space efficiently without overwhelming the room.
The TV feature wall and master bedroom bedhead were intentionally designed below ceiling height. Surrounded by full-height cabinetry, this restraint prevents visual heaviness and allows the space to breathe.
Sometimes, balance is achieved not by adding more — but by knowing where to stop.
Natural light interacts gently with the neutral palette, while layered warm lighting enhances the walnut textures in the evening. The result is a living environment that feels open, composed, and deeply comfortable.
