Interior Design Project Info
Owning a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and be completely at ease is the goal of many metropolitans.
“It feels good to come home to a clutter-free space that helps us to de-stress from the fuss of city living.”
Located on the 27th floor of a residential building, this 1200-sq. ft. condo looks out to spectacular views of the Bayan Lepas. The client was very open to our ideas, so the brief for the project was loosely defined. The team assignment is to convert the three-bedroom condo into a serene refuge contrasting the bustling city; reflecting uncluttered comfort, natural materials and soft earthy tones; all delivered with simple yet subtle modern aesthetic.
The interior wall is purposely kept minimal to make one focus on other items such as the furniture and sunlight. The living room, often soaked in swathes of natural lighting, was designed to encourage relaxation at home. Beside the hanging console, is also a custom display cabinet and opened shelving, which here houses a display of books, travel souvenirs and objects. Right next to the living space, a dining area features a minimal wooden dining table with a simple wall hung artwork as backdrop. While it serves as a stylish space to host brunch and dinner parties, the space doubles up as a workstation.
This serene refuge is a calm and inviting place to work, play and unwind. We believe in the importance of curating a bespoke look for every property, and to create a unique home ultimately.
