JGIConcept has gone all out to show their mantel with this 2624 square feet Setia V Residences super condominium. Elite’s modern contemporary concept uses vertical sleek lines, premium White Carrara marble and dark timber tones to accentuate exclusivity – camouflaged door panels for a polished aesthetic.

The living room portrays strength and a steady character. Dark timber panels line the wall as build-in cabinets. Premium White Carrara marble slabs and a grey leather sofa are used to create a contrast of colours with the dark timber. To bring in colour to this monoethnic room, an orange leather lounge sits at the corner of a medley of black a polished bronze chandelier hangs above a black glass coffee table with polished brass frame, black leather and metal arm chair and a black floor lamp with metal legs.

The chic White Carrara marble dining table and its black leather chairs are reflected in the contemporary black acrylic wall. A hanging wire spotlight track hangs above to complete the sleek design. Behind, black acrylic is again used to line the wall and doubles to camouflage the storage space. The island features premium White Carrara marble over dark timber panels. Black and orange bar stools create a continuity of colours from the living room.
The dark timber wall panels also merge into timber flush doors, hiding the passage to the wet kitchen and rooms.

A much lighter colour scheme is applied for the two bedrooms. The second bedroom focuses on drawing in the natural light while the built-in wardrobe beside it uses black acrylic to reflect the sunlight. A dark timber headboard stretches through the length of the wall to create the illusion of an added dimension. To maintain functionality of space, the study and bedside tables are made from dark timber and fitted to the wall. The wingback chair’s comfortable grey and white leather are replicated on the white bedding with grey throws. The beside lamps on the other hand are echoed in the black and polished brass legs of the study chair.

The master bathroom spells gothic luxury. Black marble tiles are used for its walls and floor to match the black window frames. In total contrast, a white acrylic bathtub stands as a statement of splendour. It moves out to a dark timber and white walled walk-in wardrobe with black marble tiles.

The master bedroom is a room of white and natural lighting. Dark timber with bits of black acrylic and white upholstered panels make an interesting headboard and bedside tables. The black and polished brass lamps give an added class to the entire design. A chic vanity sits at the corner of the room with dark timber wall panels and wall lamps.The round vanity mirror and comfortable multi-coloured wingback chair help brighten the room as it reflects the natural sunlight.
