Redesigned a decade old layout into a modern avant-garde residence that redefines family living with bold interplay of form, material, and spatial flow. The spaces of the common areas are designed into an open-plan layout to encourages effortless movement, while customized design built-in is added in to create a dynamic yet intimate environment.
The interior is a blend of clean planes, sweeping curves, and geometrical volumes that helps create a quiet visual rhythm that reflects tranquility. Minimalistic in first impression, each design details and elements served both function and artful presence, allowing the negative spaces to become as remarkable as the built design forms. A combination of used materials such as polished porcelain marble floor, hidden door paneling, vertically placed subway tiles and stone wall feature introduce further visual depth. The result is an interior environment where light, form, and space are in perfect harmony with a quiet fulfilling sophistication.
