Elegant but effortless, refined yet welcoming, this wine bar in PJ Paramount is the ultimate man cave. Inspired by posh gentleman’s clubs but updated for the modern sophisticate, it’s the ideal haven to retreat to and unwind at the end of the day. Leather furniture and wooden detailing were chosen for their warmth as well as their tactile quality - and like the fine wine this establishment supplies, these materials will mature with grace. Feature walls sport herringbone panels while display walls were finished with blackboard paint to ensure that details of particular wines may be changed with ease. Cabinets were also created to store and showcase the wines to the best effect. To create a soothing ambience, the right lighting is crucial and the designers kept the lighting low with sculptural timber accent lights to create cozy corners. Metallic accents add a touch of lux from the brass chandelier, bronze occasional tables and gold throw cushions. The plush VIP room is kitted out with coffered ceilings, Chesterfield sofas and gunmetal gray wallpaper for nights when privacy is required.
