This condominium was reimagined as an elegant urban retreat, where meticulous spatial planning meets refined materiality. From the initial site survey, the design intent was clear, to transform a standard high-rise unit into a bespoke living environment that exudes understated luxury.

The process commenced with a complete spatial reconfiguration, ensuring optimal flow between living, dining, and private zones. Bespoke millwork was introduced throughout, precision-crafted cabinetry in warm wood tones, seamlessly integrated with concealed storage solutions to preserve visual clarity.

A carefully curated neutral palette formed the foundation, enriched by subtle tonal contrasts and tactile finishes. The interplay of matte and gloss surfaces enhances depth, while accent walls subtly delineate functions without fragmenting the open-plan layout.

Lighting was approached as both a functional and atmospheric element. Recessed downlights provide unobtrusive illumination, while feature pendants and concealed LED strips create layers of warmth and visual interest.

The furnishing scheme combines contemporary silhouettes with timeless proportions, accented by textural layering in fabrics, upholstery, and accessories. Final styling — including curated art, statement décor, and organic greenery — imbues the space with a sense of permanence and sophistication.
