Interior Design Project Info
To modernize a 20-year-old dining and living space, transforming it from a dated, cluttered layout into a clean, cohesive, and contemporary open-concept area suited for everyday living and entertaining.
Design Concept:
The renovation focused on simplifying the space through modern minimalism and a neutral palette. Warm wood finishes, sleek stone surfaces, and soft textures were carefully selected to bring warmth and balance. A combination of open shelving, abstract artwork, and thoughtful lighting design replaces dated decor, while subtle architectural upgrades—like vertical wood paneling and marble-look flooring—elevate the ambiance.
Scope of Work:
Full interior re-painting and removal of outdated wall moldings.
New tile flooring installation with a modern gray-veined marble pattern.
Custom cabinetry and shelving solutions for optimized storage.
Furniture upgrade with matching dining set in modern materials.
Updated lighting: recessed ceiling lights and a sleek ceiling fan.
Art direction for decor elements, including abstract wall pieces and greenery.
The renovated space now feels significantly larger, brighter, and more inviting. It strikes a balance between functionality and aesthetic simplicity, reflecting a lifestyle-focused, timeless design that will age beautifully over time.
