"The Regen House”, a grandeur and sophistication residence that blend into a quiet suburb that is surrounded by nature and cozy environment. The project exterior aim to be a courtyard and relaxing environment while the interior that dominantly flows with earthy tone and create a space of deep connections with their respective usages. The earth tones possible to make the interior's hues of the overall interior toward a soothing, subdued hues that tend to be quite versatile. At the meanwhile, while experiment with neutrals, we also injected some of the nice texture materials vividly brought into the space.
From the initial "I" layout extended to the "L-shape" layout, a bigger interior space that able to create more usages and thank for the extension, we successfully infused an outdoor relaxing courtyard at the center of the house. A row of small bush and tree been place infront of the car porch provided a garden view from the entrance while also providing privacy to the interior users as well. An outdoor chill area next to it for some small event purpose.
Upon entering to the interior space, the experience begins immediately when one realizes the sophistication and taste implemented through the curve panel design with a big painting and nice collection sculpture leading the way to common area. Greyish marble floor, walnut tone and fabric touch of wallpaper reflecting the characters of mature and earthy tone flows seamlessly through the different place of the home.
The main hall occupied by two parlor for serve and entertain the visitors and friends while a wine cellar just nearby for well serve the comer too. A linear and wide area occupied by a dry kitchen and a dining table and the wet kitchen just right behind the fluted glass sliding door. In the powder room, a double panel sliding door able to separate the activity in one space which provided a guest for handwash while another guest can having shower in the inner part.
Furthermore, walk along the staircase that cladded by arabescato orobico marble and bronze rod railing, reaching out the semi-public and private room at the first and second floor. A cozy and simple designated family area provided the client have a comfortable place gather with family while a multipurpose room next to it that provide the client's children show and practice their talents. A small lounge located at the second floor is a corner that provide the children relax and entertain their friend.
Every bedroom in this project has a subtle surprise or a unique pop up colour to give that space and the occupant its own characteristic. The green ice jade marble stands out from the overall earthy tone and release the atmosphere of understated luxury sense in the master bedroom. As such, the children bedroom also having the different theme as well.
