This project is a modern luxury residence designed for a family of three, blending minimalist elegance with thoughtful spatial planning. A monochrome palette, grey-toned cement texture tiled flooring, white marble, and matte black accents define the calm, timeless aesthetic.
The layout features an open-concept living, dining, and pantry area, creating a seamless communal space. Along one wall, a custom storage and TV cabinet conceals a hidden door leading to the private bedroom zone, enhancing visual continuity and discretion. A sliding door divides the common area from the corridor, ensuring privacy for the mother’s and daughter’s rooms, while maintaining a fluid spatial experience. A separated wet kitchen adds functionality without disrupting the open layout.
Every element—material, form, and spatial division—was curated to create harmony. The design speaks with clarity and cohesion, where each space and surface responds to the next. The Pulse Bijou is an embodiment of refined living, where form follows function and elegance resides in the details.
