This is a sophisticated interior design project that captures the essence of modern luxury with a minimalist soul. Nestled in the tranquil neighborhood of Mutiara Seputeh, this semi-detached home was designed for a family of five—including three children aged between 9 to 12, with a clear vision—timeless elegance through simplicity.
The design features a carefully curated palette of rich, tactile materials: bold black accents, dark timber textures, refined Bvlgari white marble, brushed stainless steel, and sleek grey marble flooring. These elements come together to create a premium living space that feels both refined and quietly opulent.
Clean architectural lines, open spatial flow, and a restrained color scheme define the residence’s character—exuding a calm sophistication without excess. Every detail was considered to express a sense of understated class and contemporary elegance, reflecting a lifestyle of subtle luxury and thoughtful design.
While the core of the home maintains this refined aesthetic, the children’s spaces were given a more vibrant and playful identity. Each room reflects the individuality of its young occupant. These lively, funky touches offer a refreshing contrast to the home's overall composure, which creating a harmonious balance between sophistication and youthful vibrancy.
