Located in the lush green lung of Bukit Kiara in Kuala Lumpur, The Courts comprises of three tennis courts and amenities complex features tennis court and pickle ball court, tennis practice wall, fitness centre, physio centre, yoga studio, pro shop, café and restaurant. The fitness centre with a subtle presence marks the entrance to the development. This monolithic building integrates itself into the existing streetscape through design and form. The green wall cladding blend into the surrounding, creating an evanescent but recognizable structure, and perceivable from the main road. The pavilion-like cafe covered by light, delicate scaffolding structure, act as a light touch to the site. The design seeks to generate a warm, opened and relaxed environment. The pavilions are slightly raised off the ground, creating floating design effect. This design approach tones down the heavy volume of the fitness centre and others adjacent buildings.
