Interior Design Project Info
Completed in 2019, nestled in one of the oldest roads in the heart of Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Kasipillay, off Jalan Ipoh. A small-scale but equipped with a full-scale sales gallery purpose of providing a place for the trading behaviour of a real estate project named “The Birch”.
The interior is infused with a captivating Modern Glamour In Grey, grey walls and dark wood paneling interspersed with gold accent and lighter pieces of furniture to break up the deep tones and maintain a spacious look. It is a challenge for us to appeal still spacious and organized when all areas integrate as one, the segregation carried out with a high contrast wood versus black marble flooring wrapping the lounge areas on both sides and the property scale model display pedestal in the centre of the gallery. The display pedestals are crafted with a narrow base to reduce the bulkiness aspect, and with a reflective surface, presenting a levitated illusion. The ceiling is composed of several surfaces with different angles, complete with unique pendants lights, creating an ambience being under the ray lights through the tree canopy. A hint of gold accent detailing throughout the gallery including its furniture and lighting; added an elegant and sophisticated look.
