A old terrace house located at Taman Bahtera was tranformed to a new home. The front facade design remain as possible to creating a balance between new and old with surrounding terrace house. The interior design are more simplicity, minimalist and industry look. We remain the existing one wall and column with cement render finish as a feature at ground floor. We create a small path with clear tempered glass at first floor family area to allow the sun light to go through to ground floor.
