A Old house located at Seapark Petaling Jaya, the owner want to remain the existing façade and remain the old feature as much as possible. To remain the unique terrazzo flooring at living area, old louvered timber folding door and back yard mosaic flooring match with the cement screed flooring at dining area and dry kitchen to enhance the overall design. Both toilet retile with selected tiles to match with the aluminum glass door. RC counter top as breakfast bar with designed pendant light as focal point for overall design.
