3AXIS DESIGN ASSOCIATES has successfully undertaken a transformative interior design project for the Stanton Hotel, a boutique hotel located in a historic area with rich colonial heritage. The primary objective was to create a modern classical style boutique hotel that pays homage to the colonial history of the place. This project aimed to establish an "insta-worthy" hotel with a compelling branding story while offering the perfect setting for hosting small weddings. To enrich the guest experience, a café and aesthetically curated interior spaces that exude modern colonial luxury were incorporated into the design. The project also emphasized efficient planning to ensure a seamless and memorable stay for guests.
Design Concept:
The design concept for Stanton Hotel marries classical and modern elements to evoke the ambiance of a bygone era while providing contemporary comfort. The overall aesthetic combines rich, opulent materials and a color palette inspired by colonial architecture. This creates an atmosphere of refined luxury that is both timeless and inviting.
3AXIS worked closely with the hotel's owners to craft a branding story that celebrates the colonial history of the location. This narrative is woven throughout the hotel's interior design. The goal is to transport guests back in time while ensuring they enjoy all the modern amenities and comforts. The hotel's entrance sets the tone with a grand lobby featuring a statement chandelier, classic checkered marble floors, and plush seating. A reception desk showcases a vintage-inspired design, further immersing guests in the colonial atmosphere.
The guest rooms are an embodiment of modern colonial luxury. Each room is thoughtfully designed with a mix of contemporary furniture, classic upholstery, and vintage accents. High-quality linens and comfortable mattresses ensure a restful stay.
