Owner engaged us to carry out his renovation.
Work scope included :
- hacked away bedroom walls/door (to convert into open study area),
- hacked away bedroom walls (to convert into one big master room, build new bedroom door),
- hacked away wall/door in between yard & dry kitchen (to convert into one big space),
- build new concrete top in tiles completed with new piping to install extra kitchen sink set & 3G glass cabinet doors,
- wiring of switches & plugs due to hack walls, extra new light & plug points, install lights & fans,
- new plaster ceiling @ master bed,
- new wallpaper feature wall @ master bed,
- new designed paint whole house,
- new alu.glass sliding door @ dry kitchen/dining & new alu.glass sliding window @ yard,
- new ceiling height shoe cabinet + bench, new toilet mirror cabinet,
- spc flooring 4mm+1mm @ master bed & open study.
