Interior Design Project Info
M²0 is conceived as both formula, philosophy and also as place. The title derives from the home’s address, M20, making the identity both literal and conceptual. M² stands for Masculine Modern — a design language rooted in clarity, restraint, and strength. Squared, it signifies intensified discipline and modern principles elevated into a holistic way of living. 0 represents both origin and ordinary — a return to the essential, where everyday life is distilled into clarity and redefined as extraordinary. Together, M²0 embodies a manifesto of reduction, where restraint becomes boldness.
The 1,410 sqft townhouse applies this ethos through a palette of timber, matte black, stone, and muted greys. On the ground floor, a matte black feature cabinet wall anchors the living area, while a solid timber table defines the dining zone. The kitchen continues this clarity with concealed cabinetry, stone finishes, and a breakfast bar that merges function with ritual.
The powder room, hidden behind a bronze mirror–cladded wall, expands the perception of space while remaining discreet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms were merged into a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and extended bathroom. Clad in large-format dark tiles, it incorporates a ceiling-mounted rain shower, bathtub, and his-and-hers vanity counter, balancing utility with indulgence. Secondary bedrooms adopt a lighter palette while maintaining continuity.
M²0 distills modern living into strength, clarity, and timeless restraint.
