Interior Design Project Info
Modern office design goes hand-in-hand with modern workplace culture with ABX (KEX) office. Instead of old-fashioned tall cubicles, open office concept are the new trend. Glass partitions, multi-purpose common area, a focus on incorporating natural elements and bright energizing colours. The center of the plan is occupied by the low partitioned working desks, and lounge sofa sets. The lounge area creates a transition from the working area to the meeting rooms stationed by the windows. With glass as partitions, it creates an invisible zoning barrier, making the office less suffocating while also allowing natural lights from the window to leak into the space.
The office is designed in neutral shades, but the accent orange colour derived from the company's brand, is a distinctive feature of the interior design intergrated into furnishings and wall paints. Additional yellow and blue colour acts as a complementary secondary accent to the orange, making the space livelier. The bare concrete and black wood panelling also provides a contrast against the bright colours.
The installation of green imitation grass between the grey carpet is used for pantry zoning, creating a fun relaxing space for the workers to get their break. A custom circular counter casted in concrete acts as a center piece of the pantry, surrounded with couple seats by the window and semi-private booths, providing an option for unrestricted interaction or a private break time.
