This beautiful land is located Mont Kiara, often stylised as M'kiara or MK, is a township long at the northwest of downtown Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in the constituency of Segambut.
When we received a called from a lady that she actually wanna have a turn over looked of her subsales condo in
kiaramas Danai.
Before we begin any of our project, we always take the time to sit and talk to the owner. Its important
for us to understand their daily activities, routines and even characteristic.
Aft few meeting, we notice that this house owner were a business man with no children and homeowner loves the earth colours like Muji so, We decided and to make more spaces for the lady owner like walking closet and powder room combined with the styles of modern and both of them have busy days.
The most interesting part is the tiles originally came in very award traditional yellowish 2X2 tiles. In order to create a Japanese Muji feels we decided to hack the old tiles the replace with wooden floor. Which is in part due to the Japanese theme that we took on.
But as for the kitchen, homeowner like to have hotel theme of style so we decided to go with glossy Marble flooring and also open space bar island because we find out sometimes they will have guest around for wine party.
For happy ending for both designer and homeowner. their satisfaction is our happiness of home 🤓
